Currently some Blackboard users are seeing an error message when accessing files in their courses. This issue is associated to elevated 530 errors when retrieving files from the CDN, which is powered by Cloudflare. Cloudflare is aware of the issue and working on a fix. An alert will be posted once the issue is resolved.
