OTS engineers have received reports of intermittent login issues when logging into Office 365. When logging in you may receive a message that “An error occurred”. This issue is sporadic, and can typically be resolved by pressing F5 to refresh the web page. Engineers believe they have identified the issue and hope to have a resolution shortly.
