Duo Multi-Factor Authentication – Logins to some apps/services affected

Faculty and Staff may experience delays or timeouts when attempting to log into services protected by Duo Multi-Factor Authentication. This appears to be an issue related to this service’s cloud hosting provider, Amazon Web Services. OTS is aware of the issue and will provide updates as they come available.
