This issue has been resolved. The issue was reported last evening where the NetID Management system (http://www.towson.edu/netid) was not sending text (SMS) messages with one-time passcodes when trying to reset a forgotten password or update a password recovery mobile number. OTS engineers have identified and fixed the underlying cause.

Just a reminder, If you have not set up your personal email address or mobile phone number in the NetID Management system, you can update them using the appropriate link at http://www.towson.edu/netid.
