Duo is currently experiencing an issue with multiple telecommunications providers that may prevent some users from receiving phone calls from Duo when the ‘Call Me’ option is selected as a secondary authentication factor. Duo is posting updates on the issue on their website.
Towson users that are not currently receiving phone calls from Duo will need to select a different authentication method such as push notification or use a pre-generated emergency bypass code. Please see the Duo Multi-Factor Authenticaiton Self-help resources page for more information.
