ImageNow application – offline

OTS engineers are aware of performance-related issues with the ImageNow application.  Because of the holiday, there is llimited vendor availability to troubleshoot the problem.  ImageNow will be offline until engineers can engage with the vendor.  Another alert will be posted when there is a status update.
