OTS has received reports of odd behaviors in SharePoint and OneDrive. Examples include SharePoint sites loading a blank page instead of expected content and files in OneDrive are unable to be opened.
Microsoft has acknowledged this issue and the problem only occurs when using Internet Explorer and Edge browsers. For people experiencing this issue, please note that the content should load correctly when using Chrome or Firefox.
OTS is monitoring Microsoft’s progress on the situation and expect to implement a fix for this within a day.
