Email messages sent to AOL customers are being returned with the following message:
The following message to <customer@aol.com> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.3.0 – Other mail system problem 521-‘5.2.1 : AOL will not accept delivery of this message.’
OTS is working with AOL and will post a follow-up alert once the issue is resolved.
