It’s official, I’ve renamed the course to better reflect the content of the course. After teaching it 3 times, which are all very different, I realized the main focus of our research is using cameras to quantify the movement of animals. While I had hoped to incorporate more form into the class, given the resitrictions of teaching it within a semester, it was not a focus. Instead, we have been focusing on animal movement. So, the future iterations of the course will be BIOL 472 The Animals in Motion Lab.
