What if I have been fingerprinted recently by another district in Maryland?
- If you have been fingerprinted by another district within the last 365 days, please complete the top portion of the Maryland 365 form with the 12-digit reference number from your most previous background check, and submit it to Wesley Zimmerman at wzimmerman@ccps.org.
- You should have received a letter from the State of Maryland with your previous background check results. The 12-digit number above the barcode on this letter is the reference number that you must enter into the 365 form.
