What if I have been fingerprinted recently by BCPSS or another district in Maryland?

  1. If you have been fingerprinted by BCPSS within the last 365 days, you will not need to be fingerprinted again.
  2. If you have been fingerprinted by another district within the last 365 days, please complete the top portion of the Maryland 365 form with the 12-digit reference number from your most previous background check, and submit it to Damon Robinson at dgrobinson@bcps.k12.md.us. Please also CC Kalin Dodson (kmdodson@bcps.k12.md.us) on the email.
  3. You should have received a letter from the State of Maryland with your previous background check results. The 12-digit number above the barcode on this letter is the reference number that you must enter into the 365 form.
