Discourse is now accepting submissions for its upcoming issue! We invite undergraduate scholars from the English Department to contribute original research, critical essays, and thought-provoking analyses in the field of literary criticism.

Our journal provides a platform for emerging undergraduate scholars to engage in academic discourse and showcase their work to a broader audience. We welcome submissions that explore new perspectives, challenge conventional ideas, or offer fresh interpretations of historical and contemporary issues. Submissions should demonstrate strong analytical rigor, clear argumentation, and engagement with relevant scholarship.

Papers should be around 4+ pages in length (not including Works Cited) and should adhere to MLA formatting and style.

The deadline for submissions is April 30th, 2025. Please submit your work using the submission form found here.
