Currently there is a problem with calling the telephone ACD (automatic call distribution) lines. If you try to call OTS Help Desks (Faculty/staff Help Center, Student Computing Services and Blackboard Helpdesk) or any other ACD line on campus, they might not be reachable. Engineers are working on finding the cause and resolving the problem. OTS will post an update when the problem is resolved.
