RESOLVED: Multiple Services Down

Resolved – Services that were reported down earlier today are now available (including MyTU, Inside, TechHelp, ImageNow, Crestron Fusion, some PeopleSoft applications). Most of the affected services were back online by approximately 2:00 pm.

OTS is receiving reports that multiple services are down, including MyTU, Inside, TechHelp, ImageNow, Crestron Fusion, some PeopleSoft applications. Engineers are investigating the cause of the issue.
