Resolved – NetID Management System is unavailable

Resolved – Issues contributing to the unexpected outage of the NetID Management system have been resolved. Self-service, and all other functionality has been restored. Engineers will continue to monitor these systems and perform root-cause analysis.

NetID Management System is unavailable

The NetID Management system (including self-service) is currently unavailable. OTS Engineers are researching the cause and working with the vendor to resolve the issue. Updates will be posted when more information is available.
