Watermark for Mentors

Mentor teachers should visit the TU Mentor Orientation and Resource Center for full instructions on how to use Watermark.

TU’s College of Education uses Watermark as a comprehensive online data management system for all activities in programs leading to certification for teachers or other school personnel. Teacher candidates create and submit key assignments online, create electronic portfolios, and keep records of their field experience work and internship experiences. The mentor teacher will need to use Watermark to approve the intern’s internship hours and to submit evaluations of the intern’s practice at various points during the semester.

To access Watermark, navigate to https://sll.watermarkinsights.com/. You will receive a placement confirmation email from Watermark, which also has a link for you to access the content.

Your username is your school email address. To log in for the first time, please select the Forgot Password link. You will receive a password reset email and will be prompted to create a new password.

If you encounter an issue when attempting to log in for the first time, TU may have an error in your email address on file. Please email CPP@towson.edu with your correct email address.
