The IT Support Specialist will provide proactive client support and consultation in person, and over phone, chat and email to faculty, staff and students to provide support of office, classroom and lab computers, and other technologies. This role will communicate, collaborate, and build strong partnerships and working relationships with faculty, staff, chairpersons, and department heads, while coordinating problem resolution with other OTS staff and management personnel to ensure prompt, professional service.
