The Client Services Program Coordinator works with the Associate Director, Client Services, and the Manager Faculty/Staff Support to coordinate and communicate recurring projects and programs that fall within the Office of Technology Services’ (OTS) Client Services portfolio. They are typically university-wide in scope, involve extensive collaboration and coordination with other university departments plus external organizations, have complex and interrelated dependencies, and resources, inventory and asset management responsibilities. Outreach is an important part of the job, both within the university as well as regionally, and occasionally statewide.
