The Systems Administrator will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving service requests that relate to desktop engineering and servers in the Solutions Engineering (SE) group. This position is also responsible for documenting and categorizing information that can be used to maintain and support services. The Systems Administrator will work within the SE team to perform daily administrative and operational duties. Application patching and deployment, system monitoring, and vulnerability management are examples of reoccurring tasks.
