The Operations Center team will help the Office of Technology Services (OTS) to deliver even greater customer service, while improving the department’s efficiency and capabilities, by providing service monitoring, incident response, and second-tier support services.  The individual will be responsible for managing the Operations Center staff, services, and operations. Telework may be available for this position up to two days per week following the completion of 90 days of service in good standing.
