The Associate Director, Business Solutions is part of the Enterprise Applications and Analytics (EAA) team in the Office of Technology Services (OTS). The Associate Director will provide leadership and support for core university business applications including Human Capital Management, Payroll, PACS, Student Information Systems, Financial Management and Budget Planning. This position is responsible for identifying, implementing, and supporting all levels of users across the university. This position will collaborate with business leads and serve as the primary liaison between the business and IT team. The Associate Director will manage a group of analysts responsible for the effectiveness, integration, and optimization of business systems, ensuring they meet the needs and priorities of campus stakeholders. This position works closely with other information systems teams and to develop, maintain, and refine business solutions in support of strategic goals. The Associate Director is also responsible for coordinating with University of Maryland FBOT universities and the Central Payroll Bureau to support and maintain the personnel authorization consolidation site (PACS).
