The Change Management and Training Specialist helps ensure technology initiatives meet goals by supporting employee adoption and proficiency with new technologies. The Specialist focuses on the people side of change, including understanding business processes, systems and technology, and providing knowledge/training. Primary responsibilities include: participating on project teams to provide guidance on how to prepare end users for change, identifying and developing training materials, leading virtual or in-person training sessions and providing knowledge transfer to other OTS workgroups.
