Library IT in a time of COVID: what has gone well and what we can learn for next time

UMBC’s library IT department was less than fully prepared for the sudden closure of the UMBC campus in March. Join members of UMBC’s library IT dept in a live webinar about what has gone well and not so well in our dealing with the IT needs that have been generated since then. We then hope you’ll share your library’s experience in this regard in the hope that we can all be better prepared for the future.

This session was presented live and recorded at TCAL 2020 on August 12, 2020.
