00:55:18	Andie Craley:	At Harford Comm College, the Coordinator for Reference & Instruction has assigned all PT and FT Librarians as Liaisons to Divisions. Some have pairs, some only one, as we are down 2 librarians. I am the Gov Docs Librarian (as well as Manager for Tech Services), and I am assigned to the Behavior & Social Sciences division. We are responsible for contacting the Deans, asking to attend like the 1st Division mtg of the semester to introduce ourselves, contact through embedded classes, take care of our assigned Lib Guides

During major events each year, Constitution Day, National Voter Registration Day, National Library Week, I always reach out to my assigned BSS division as well as history faculty (in Arts & Humanities) and Student Life.
