At the undergraduate level she ushered in the financial planning, investments, and data analytics tracks, the project management and business analysis program, the business systems and processes major, and several minors. At the graduate level, her leadership supported the launch of the M.S. in Marketing Intelligence and Maryland’s first M.S. in Supply Chain Management.

Dr. Kaynama has made experiential learning, technology, and communication competencies the core components of the curriculum. Her focus on bringing real-life scenarios into the classroom has led to competitions sponsored by some of the region’s leading businesses, including Perdue Farms, Under Armour, SECU, Stanley Black & Decker, J.P. Morgan Chase, Cintas, and McCormick.
