McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full-time 2017 Co-op – International Trade & Compliance (IT&C) in Hunt Valley, MD. located at 226 Schilling Circle. This is a 1 year position which requires 40 hours per week Monday – Friday during the summer, and then is part time 20 – 30 hours a week during the school year.

Responsibilities include:
- Support international trade process
- Support hazardous materials process and eliminate shipping obstacles
- Provide support services to our internal customers
- Collection, verification, and maintenance of trade information and hazardous materials globally
- Assist with research on hazardous materials
- Assist with coordination of hazardous materials training
- Resolve Global Trade System discrepancies
- Assist with product registration
- Update Trade documentation as required
- Support the implementation of FCPA software as it is rolled out Globally
- Assist with Audits
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate program (business, International Trade, logistics or food science)
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Strong analytic orientation, capable of performing data analysis and creating stories out of data sets
- Ability to work independently, learn new tasks, solve problems, and show strong self-motivation and initiative
- Demonstrated organization and planning skills with ability to handle details
- Strong computer skills are a must. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
