Marketing Project Manager
Responsibilities:
• Assist project managers with the day-to-day tasks of maintaining projects, completing client requests and meeting deadlines
• Update venue and Live! district websites with current promotions, menus and events through a Content Management System
• Learn brand strategy, graphic design, messaging, advertising creative, online contesting, web design and development, social media, content development, integrated email and SMS marketing across a variety of restaurant and entertainment brands
• Learn the consulting process of working with multiple marketing teams, vendors and clients
• Brainstorm with corporate marketing team new ideas including marketing strategies and outreach programs for major Live! district events including festivals, concerts, seasonal menus, restaurant week, family fun events and sports watch parties
• Learn to create and assist with proofing of marketing materials including print advertisements, restaurant menus, billboards and online banners
• Foster vendor relationships and manage promotional item orders including but not limited to t-shirts, keychains, LED wristbands, koozies and more
• Manage print collateral process, including printing, billing and shipping
• Assist Digital Marketing Manager in setting up targeted paid promoted posts on Facebook and Snapchat filters
• Assist Digital Marketing Manager with setting up online contests and sweepstake forms and promoting via social media
• Assist Digital Marketing Manager in the research of social media tools, articles, case studies and best practices
• Assist project managers with sourcing photography assets to support print materials, social media and newsletters
• Work with multiple marketing teams, vendors and clients on time and in budget constraints
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department

Requirements:
• Be a Junior or Senior in college
• Be highly interested in a career within Marketing/Communications
• Be driven, ambitious, and eager to learn from hands-on-experience
• Be able to multi-task and work within deadlines
• Have strong organizational and time management skills
• Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
• Be able to work with a variety of different personalities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge and understanding of leading social platforms
• Minimum 16-20 hours per week over 3 days with a fixed schedule
Extra Credit:
• Experience in Photoshop or Illustrator preferred but not required
