This position is located in the Baltimore – Mt. Washington office. Your standard hours will be determined.
The accounting group provides accounts receivable support to staff and attorneys of the firm.
Minimum Requirements:
2 years of college
Current student with Towson University
An interest in gaining practical work experience
Preferred Requirements:
3 or more years of college
Previous office or internship experience
Good skills with MS Word and MS Excel
What will your day look like?
Your responsibilities will include basic administrative duties such as creating and editing documents, maintaining spreadsheets, research and office support for the accounting department. You will gather data and prepare basic reports or analyses. Your responsibilities will also include collating documents or other materials, preparing basic correspondence, and accessing document management systems to update and/or create new documents as needed.
