Summer 2017 Co-op – Customer Service | McCormick & Company

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full time Customer Service Co-op in Hunt Valley, MD. This position will last 10 – 12 weeks (May 2017 – August 2017) which requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Resolve customer order discrepancies and release order for fulfillment
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries
  • Provide analysis & insights into customer order management exceptions and eliminate obstacles to order fulfillment
  • Support activities with SAP, BW and CTS (cost to serve) analysis and reporting
  • Develop and execute summer internship project

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in a 4 year undergraduate program with degree completion between November 2017 – June 2018.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to investigate complex issues and conduct root cause analysis to resolve problems
  • Be able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
