Responsibilities:
• Build your own financial plan as you learn the end-to-end process of buying a home, credit, credit
scoring and money smarts
• Define your passion and purpose in our Character Driven Leadership Program
• Solve high growth business challenges as a consultant for NewDay USA
• Present at the Case Competition for Profit and Purpose
• Complete a 5-part mortgage banking educational series & earn a certification from the Mortgage Bankers
Association
• Represent NewDay USA as an on-campus Student Ambassador
• Participate in NewDay USA Foundation events

About You:
• You are a current full-time senior pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree at a U.S. accredited University
and expected to graduate in 2017
• You have demonstrated academic success
• You have the ability to travel to our headquarters in Fulton, MD from January 2nd-13th or January 16th-
27th for our 2 week onsite at NewDay USA.
• You are career minded, results focused and action oriented
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
