What is the ELITE?
Empowered Leaders Inspiring Tomorrow’s Excellence (ELITE) was developed as a successor to the firm’s popular Leadership Development Summit. ELITE is designed to help you learn more about opportunities in public accounting and what it takes to be successful in our profession.
Who is the ideal candidate for this program?
If you are a declared Accounting major planning to achieve the requisite academic hours to sit for the CPA exam and want to learn more about what it takes to be successful in public accounting, you are the ideal candidate for this program!
Why should I apply for this program?
ELITE will provide you with opportunities to develop stronger leadership skills, gain interviewing confidence, and build professional networking skills while learning about career opportunities at Johnson Lambert. Upon successful completion of the program, you can be considered for future internship and/or full time employment opportunities.
When is this program taking place?
ELITE 2017 is scheduled to take place Tuesday, May 16 – Thursday, May 18.
Where will the program take place?
If selected to participate in ELITE, you will travel to our office in Raleigh, NC. You should apply for this program even if you are interested in another geographic location, as our recruiting is centralized and our recruiting team can provide insight about the opportunities in any of our offices.
Will I need to pay for my transportation and hotel if I participate in this program?
If you are selected to participate in ELITE and do not live in the Raleigh area, transportation and hotel accommodations will be provided for you. Once you have been selected to participate in the program, a member of our recruitment team will contact you to share details about your travel itinerary and hotel accommodations, as well as the schedule for the program.
