OTS continues to work with our vendor to resolve a critical storage issue affecting multiple services.  We have been able to bring specific services back online since yesterday.

The following services are still unavailable for all of campus, and we are working to restore service by this evening:
– Software Center (SCCM)
– File Delivery Service (FDS)
– incoming efax
– Jumboshare

There are a few additional departmental applications that may still be unavailable — we are in contact with those departments.  If you believe you are affected by an outage that we aren’t aware of, please contact OTS using the contact information at http://techhelp.towson.edu.
