The purpose of Dr. Song’s sabbatical research was to develop a tool to measure technology integration competencies for pre-service and in-service teachers, which is aligned to the ISTE technology standards for educators. This research aimed to accomplish two goals. The first goal was to identify and develop a list to measure teacher technology integration competencies through an extensive literature review. The second goal was to test the list of competencies through experts’ review by surveying experts in the fields of technology integration on their perspectives of those competency statements.
