Ruisha Prasai is currently working with Towson University’s RESI department as Research Associate. She joined the lab in August 2024 and hopes to pursue graduate studies in psychology. Outside lab, she enjoys cooking, reading and dancing.

Stephanie Duque is a senior majoring in psychology. Stephanie has been working as a research assistant in the CRAB Lab at Towson University since August 2024 and is now working as the Undergraduate Lab Manager. She is currently a member of Towson University’s Honors College and serves as the Senior/Auxiliary Groups Student Director and President of Honorables of Color.

Lila Ward is a senior Psychology and Sociology student. She has been a research assistant in the CRAB LAB since January 2025. After graduation, she plans on pursuing a PhD in clinical psychology. Outside of the lab, she is the secretary for Towson’s K-pop club, and enjoys watching anime, listening to vinyl, and playing video games.

Kathryn Engler

Nia Lamptey-Mills is a senior at Towson University studying Psychology and Biology. After graduation, Nia plans to enroll in graduate school to gain a master’s in clinical psychology. Outside of the lab, she enjoys bike riding, skateboarding, and spending time with family and friends.

Keely DeGasperis is currently a Junior studying Psychology with a minor in Theater Arts. After graduation she plans to attend grad school for a Masters in Social Work. Her career goal is working as an adolescent psychologist. She also wants to work for community theaters on the side.

Caroline Cassano is a junior studying Psychology with a minor in Linguistics. After graduation, she wants to pursue a Master’s in social work. Outside of the lab, she is the outreach coordinator for Towson’s branch of Food Recovery Network and enjoys playing cards and going to concerts.

Alyssa Cummings

Inna Ionin is a junior majoring in psychology and minoring in molecular biology, biochemistry, and bioinformatics. Inna has been working as a research assistant in the CRAB Lab at Towson University since January 2025. Inna hopes to earn a PhD in neuroscience with the aim of conducting research. She is currently a member of Towson University’s Honors College, Tennis Club, and Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority.

Rosemery Rivas Flores

Rictika Dhakal is a senior pursing a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Rictika has been a research assistant in the CRAB lab since the beginning of Fall 2025. After graduation, she plans to pursuing a PsyD or master’s in clinical/counseling psychology. Outside of the lab, she is events and logistics coordinator for Towson’s South Asian Student Association and a member of the undergraduate clinical/counseling focus program at Towson. Her hobbies are anything artistic, such as crocheting, painting, drawing, crafting, and sculpting. Finally, she loves to cook, bake, hike, kayak, and travel.

Jana Elgohary is a Towson University undergraduate majoring in psychology. She has been a research assistant in the CRAB lab since the beginning of Fall 2025 and hopes to pursue graduate studies in psychology after graduation.

Ana Morlier is a senior majoring in psychology. Ana has been working as a research Assistant at Towson University since January 2025. After graduation, she hopes to pursue a Master’s degree in clinical psychology to conduct imaging research and novel interventions for populations with eating disorders. When not conducting research, you can find Ana checking out yet another library book.

Charish Moore is a senior majoring in Criminal Justice and and minoring in psychology and biology. She anticipates graduating in spring 2026. Charish has been working as a research Assistant at Towson University since August 2025. After graduation, Charish intends to pursue a master’s degree in criminal justice. She also aspires to become a crime scene technician for the Baltimore City Police Department. In her free time, Charish enjoys listening to true-crime podcasts, attending metal concerts and crocheting.

Milan Nassiri is a sophomore expecting to graduate in 2028. This is her first semester in the lab and she is an undergraduate researcher. Milan’s major is psychology with a minor in biology. She hopes to attend medical school and work her way up to become a neuropsychiatrist. She enjoys fashion, art, video games, and traveling.
