The TU chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma was recognized as a chapter with Honors by the organization’s national headquarters last month.
“This status is indicative of a campus where academic excellence is valued and where the faculty officers of the chapter work diligently to enhance Beta Gamma Sigma’s stature on campus,” said Beta Gamma Sigma’s national collegiate chapter operations representative in a letter.
Beta Gamma Sigma is the international honor society serving business programs accredited by AACSB International. Membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, which is a lifetime privilege, is the highest recognition a business student can receive in a program accredited by AACSB International. More than 750,000 individuals have been inducted worldwide since the organization was founded in 1913.
