Towson University is accepting applications for an IT Field Support Representative. This position will install, configure, and service desktop computer systems and related technologies. Provide proactive client support. Communicate, collaborate, and build strong partnerships and working relationships with faculty, staff, chairpersons, and department heads. Coordinate problem resolution with other OTS staff and management personnel to ensure prompt, professional service. Serve as an onsite resource for clients who have software or technology questions and problems. Analyze technology needs and resources and make recommendations for modifications and upgrades.
