Dr. Kaynama has installed numerous innovative academic programs to meet student and workforce needs—most recently the M.S. in Marketing Intelligence and Maryland’s first M.S. in Supply Chain Management. At the undergraduate level she ushered in the financial planning and investments tracks, the project management and business analysis program and the business systems and processes major. She also launched the Towson University Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Dr. Kaynama has forged many dynamic partnerships between the college, university, and community. She built the college’s diverse and energetic advisory board, which contributes hundreds of service hours to the college each year. Dr. Kaynama also stays engaged in the local business and nonprofit communities by serving on the boards of the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce, the Small Business Resource Center, and the Towson University Foundation. She is also a member of the Maryland Council for Economic Education Board of Trustees.
Prior to becoming dean, Dr. Kaynama served as a professor and chair of the marketing department.
