OTS is aware of sporadic outages of 5-10 minutes of the Virtual Workspace web-based login page. Engineers are monitoring the situation and working on a permanent resolution to this issue.
If you experience an issue connecting to http://vw.towson.edu, please try again in 5-10 minutes.
Alternatively, you can use the VMware Horizon client to access Virtual Workspace. When installed, this client is not affected by these outages. Instructions for installing and using the Horizon client can be found on page 6 of the Virtual Workspace Reference Guide.
