The WebWork site is currently down and unavailable to students and instructors. TU Engineers are working on resolving the issue. We will update this post once more information is available.
As of 4:30am on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, Qwickly Attendance is back online and no longer giving an error when an instructor attempts to take attendance.
On Monday, February 13, 2023, Qwickly Attendance users experienced errors when accessing or taking attendance. Qwickly, Inc. Engineers are working on resolving this problem, and a timeline has not yet been issued. We will update this post with more information when it becomes available.
CloudFlare has put a fix into place for this issue. If you continue to have issues access files, please clear your cookies and cache, then contact Blackboard Support.
Currently some Blackboard users are seeing an error screen when accessing files in their courses. This issue is associated to elevated 530 errors when retrieving files from the CDN, which is powered by Cloudflare. Cloudflare is aware of the issue and working on a fix. An alert will be posted once the issue is resolved.
Panopto is currently unavailable. Users are temporarily unable to view or record videos. Panopto Inc. engineers are working to resolve the issue. As soon as we hear back from them, we’ll post an update here.
